Session One: Create a focus statement that identifies your best nonprofit fit. Determine if board or committee service is your right first step. How to do due diligence. Homework, create a list of possible organizations to support.

Session Two: Learn the basics of what serving on different types of boards and committees entails. Overview of your responsibilities and how they have changed over the last few years.

1:1 Meeting: Each participant receives one hour (in one or two sessions) of private advise.

Follow Up: In addition to the two group learning sessions, there will be two optional group follow-up sessions. We will stay in touch via Voxer, Slack and/or other communication channels.
